Tank Material: Fiberglass
Our tanks are made from high-purity polyethylene liners, which ensure the water stays clean and uncontaminated. These liners are wrapped in a fiberglass outer layer that provides added structural protection. The entire tank is tested to rigorous NSF-61 standards for physical integrity, chemical resistance, and to ensure no leaching of harmful substances into the water. All of our tanks are proudly manufactured in the USA to meet high international standards—we're genuinely proud of their quality and construction.
Control Valve, Bypasses, and Fittings: Glass-reinforced NORYL™
These components are made from glass-reinforced NORYL™, a highly durable material commonly used in potable water systems. Like the tanks, these are also tested and certified to NSF-61 standards to ensure they maintain water purity and don’t introduce any contaminants.

Most of our whole home filtration systems do not require electricity to operate. However, if your system includes a water softener or a UV disinfectant unit, those components do need to be plugged into a power source to function properly.
So in short:

Wrap #7 (Drain Valve Assembly) with three clockwise wraps of Teflon® tape.
Install/thread #9 (Drain Valve Assembly) into #3.

The threaded Drain Valve Assembly should be on the inlet side (right side) at the bottom of the tank.

Step 2: Removing the Cap
STEP 2A
Unseat the snap ring by pushing down on the top cap with both hands.
Remove the ring by taking the handle and pulling inward, then upward; the ring should slide completely out.
STEP 2B
Remove the snap ring on the top of the tank, then remove the top cap from the housing assembly.
Lift up on the handles to pull the cap out of the top of the tank.

Filter Replacement and Operation Guidelines
Flushing Requirement: New cartridges must be flushed for at least 10 minutes prior to use.
Compliance: Installation and operation must comply with all state and local plumbing codes and regulations.
Water Safety Notice:
Do not use this system with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without proper disinfection before or after the system.
Note: Systems certified for cyst reduction may be used on disinfected waters that contain filterable cysts.

System Requirements & Connections
All plumbing must follow local and state plumbing codes.
The inlet and outlet ports are 1” male NPT threaded connections.
Use hand-tightening only.
Do not use tools, lubricants, or unapproved sealants—this will void the warranty.
Connect the system to cold water only.
Testing was performed under standard laboratory conditions; actual performance may vary.
Flush the system and change the filter as suggested.
The contaminants or other substances removed or reduced by this water filter are not necessarily in all users’ water.
If this or any other system is installed in a metal (conductive) plumbing system (e.g., copper or galvanized metal),
the plastic components of the system will interrupt the continuity of the plumbing system.
As a result, any errant electricity from:
Improperly grounded appliances downstream, or
Potential galvanic activity in the plumbing system
can no longer ground through contiguous metal plumbing.
Some homes may have been built in accordance with building codes that encouraged grounding electrical appliances through the plumbing system.
Therefore, prior to using your system, you must install one of the following to reestablish electrical continuity:
A bypass consisting of the same material as the existing plumbing, or
A grounded jumper wire bridging the equipment.

🔧 Note: Water with a pH > 8 may require pH adjustment for optimal performance. Elevated levels of silica or phosphate may interfere with media function.
Before you begin installation, it’s important to identify the correct water flow direction. When facing the drain ports, the right side is always the incoming water line, and the left side is always the outgoing water line.
When our Enhanced water softener is purchased, this will actually be the first in line, the rest of the filters will go in the order presented below (highest micron to lowest micron)
Incoming Water Line → 20-Micron Carbon Block Filter (inside filter housing) → Water Softener (Pro)→ Water Heater → Main Home Water Line

Step 1: Choose the Right Location
Install the system before the main water line reaches your water heater, ideally near where the line enters your home.
Ensure at least 3 feet of open space above the system to allow for easy cartridge replacements.
Step 2: Prepare the Plumbing before Install
Turn off the main water supply.
Open a faucet inside your home to relieve pressure and drain water from the lines.
Step 3: Maintain Electrical Grounding
If your home has metal plumbing (like copper), ensure grounding is preserved by installing a ground clamp or jumper wire on the cold water line.
Step 4: System Requirements & Connections
All plumbing must follow local and state plumbing codes.

Do not use tools, lubricants, or unapproved sealants—this will void the warranty.
Connect the system to cold water only.
⚠️ Important Notes
If your water conditions exceed the system’s specified limits, filter life may be shortened, and warranty could be void.
To activate and properly flush the cartridge:
Run water through the system at 7 GPM for 60 minutes.
Follow all installation flushing instructions closely.
Manual Steps:
Secure all fittings by hand—no tools needed.
Turn on cold water in a tub to flush any plumbing debris.
When water is running clear, Slowly open ONE filter system at a time - don't test all filters simultaneously (easier to identify if one or all are installed properly)
inlet first, then outlet (arrows on valves).
Rinse the system for 5 minutes.
Observe for:
Minor yellow/gray tint = normal (carbon dust)
Microbubbles = normal for 1 week
Chunks of resin or carbon = BAD → bypass immediately and report
