3. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The customer wishes to return a new, unused item within the return window.
- Damage or shipping issues are reported within 7 days of delivery.
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and includes all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and parts.
Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged through misuse may not qualify for a refund.
4. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and either a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
