Products sold on this site are sourced from and fulfilled directly by third-party manufacturers and suppliers as part of our Direct from Supplier to Consumer fulfillment model. As a result, orders are shipped directly from the supplier or manufacturer to you.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Fees and General Refund Terms
- Shipping rate: Orders under $100 have a flat $60 shipping charge; orders of $100 or more ship free within the continental United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law or where Vital Fit Home LLC determines, in its sole discretion, that a shipping error occurred.
- Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method only.
- As orders are fulfilled directly by our third-party suppliers and manufacturers, delivery timelines are subject to supplier processing times and carrier schedules.
4. Return Eligibility Requirements
All return requests must be approved in writing by Vital Fit Home LLC before any item is sent back. To be eligible for an approved return:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (or 7 days for damage, defect, or incorrect items).
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in new, resalable condition with all original packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories.
- The item must not be excluded under Section 10 (Non-Returnable Items).
Items that have been used, installed, altered, or are missing original packaging or parts may be refused or subject to additional fees, and may result in a reduced refund or no refund.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (7-Day Reporting Requirement)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos (and if applicable, video) clearly showing the issue and packaging
- A brief description of the problem
If approved, we will coordinate with our fulfillment supplier or manufacturer to provide return or replacement instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide guidance on the return process upon approval.
6. Approved Returns for Non-Defective Items
Where a non-defective return is approved, the customer is responsible for:
- All return shipping costs, including freight or pickup fees for oversized items where applicable
- A 25% restocking fee calculated on the product price, excluding taxes and shipping
- Any damage or loss incurred during return transit due to insufficient packaging
Non-defective returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval using the instructions provided by Vital Fit Home LLC.
7. Refused, Undeliverable, or Incorrect Address Shipments
If an order is refused, returned as undeliverable, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the order may be treated as a return. In such cases, any refund, if applicable, will be reduced by:
- Outbound shipping costs, including the $60 shipping charge if applicable
- Return shipping or freight charges billed by the carrier or supplier
- The 25% restocking fee
8. Refunds, Replacements, and Processing Times
- Once an approved return is received and inspected by our fulfillment supplier, we will notify you of approval or denial.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection and approval. Bank processing times may vary.
- Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement items are shipped directly from our fulfillment supplier or manufacturer.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for eligible items on a case-by-case basis. Replacement items are shipped after the original item is received and approved by our fulfillment supplier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Requests submitted after the applicable deadline (7 days for damage, defect, or incorrect items; 30 days for all other requests)
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, neglect, or normal wear and tear
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items, unless defective on arrival
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products
11. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
