We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as:

Vital Fit Home LLC operates on a Direct from Supplier to Consumer fulfillment model. Products are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers or manufacturers to you. As a result, delivery timelines are subject to supplier processing times and carrier schedules.

5.2 Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $100: flat $60 shipping charge.
  • Orders of $100 or more: free shipping within the continental United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5.4 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery for eligible items; 7 days for damage, defect, or incorrect item claims.
  • Restocking fee: 25% of the product price for approved non-defective returns.
