- Shipping Fee: $60 for orders under $100; free shipping for orders $100+ (eligible U.S. orders only)

- Coverage: Most products unless otherwise stated on the product page
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the continental United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses that cannot accept delivery from standard carriers.
We may update or expand shipping availability in the future.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are as follows:
- Orders under $100: $60 flat shipping fee
- Orders $100 or more: Free standard shipping
All shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier schedules, order volume, or fulfillment requirements.
Orders placed after the daily cutoff time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

7. Shipping Methods

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order:

9.3 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Photos of packaging
- Photos of the item(s)
- Order number
We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details.
We will investigate and resolve the issue where applicable.
11. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
- Return window: 30 days from delivery (eligible items only)
- Damaged/defective/incorrect items: must be reported within 7 days
- Return shipping costs: customer responsibility unless otherwise stated
- Restocking fee: up to 25% may apply to eligible non-defective returns
- Refund processing time: within 7 business days after inspection approval (bank processing times may vary)
12. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to address issues, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, reshipment may require additional shipping fees. Refunds, if applicable, may be adjusted to account for shipping costs and applicable fees.
