Charge
Charge for about 3 hours before first use. It arrives part-charged, sanitized and ready to go.
Fill & breathe
Add about 5 level spoons of salt, pre-grind 3–4 times, then hold it 2–3 inches from your chin and press as you breathe in. Repeat for 10–12 breaths.
Clean
Brush around the blades every 2–3 days with the included brush. No liquids inside. Just wipe the outside with a damp cloth.

Halotherapy, also called dry salt therapy, is a natural, drug-free wellness practice that uses tiny particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt. It's the same idea behind spa salt rooms. The HaloPocket Pro grinds the salt into particles under 1 micron so you can enjoy it anywhere, no salt room needed.
How long does a session take?
About 2–3 minutes. You take 10–12 slow breaths while pressing the button as you breathe in. The suggested use is 1–2 sessions per day.
How long does the salt last, and can I reorder it?
Your HaloPocket Pro ships with 150 g of pharmaceutical-grade salt, enough for 200+ sessions. That's about 6 months at 1 session a day, or about 3 months at 2 sessions a day.
Refills are easy and affordable. Contact our support team to reorder. Only use pharmaceutical-grade salt in your device.
How do I charge it, and how long does the battery last?
Charge for about 3 hours for a full charge, which lasts about 1 week of daily use. It arrives part-charged, so charge it fully before your first session.
How do I clean it?
Use the included brush to clean around the blades every 2–3 days, until the black base is visible. Never clean it with liquids. You can wipe the outside with a damp cloth.
Can I travel with it?
Yes. At just 6.75" long, it fits in a pocket or bag. The black rubber ring helps keep the button from being pressed while it's packed.
